Announcement Submission Form
In an effort to clearly communicate with the congregation of Empowered
Believers, the following procedure for submitting and communicating
announcements has been adopted.
• All announcement requests must be submitted no
later than Monday afternoon for inclusion in the following Sunday’s
service.
• Each week, no more than four announcements will be selected to be
verbally announced during the service. Priority will be given to those
events that are occurring within the next two weeks, or those that require
action during that timeframe (i.e. advanced registration).
• If an announcement is submitted but not included for verbal
announcement during the service, it may be included on the screens
prior to service, on social media, and/or on the website.
• Each week, a designated announcer will receive the selected
announcements no later than Thursday for the upcoming Sunday service.
• The media team will receive any pertinent graphics by Thursday to be
included for visual support during the announcements.
